Scope

Landscape is not ornament added around a building afterwards; it is a layer to be considered together with the site itself. We work at every scale, from residential gardens and hotel courtyards to waterfront parks and city squares. Our first step is always to understand what is already there: the tree survey, soil, water and how people use the place. We draw our planting lists from native, climate-appropriate species and keep irrigation to a minimum. We design landscapes that collect rainwater, give shade and mature over time.

    Site analysis

    We carry out a tree survey and study soil, topography, water and patterns of use.

  2. 02

    Concept

    We develop a guiding idea for use, circulation and planting character.

  3. 03

    Preliminary design

    We prepare the plan covering levels, surfaces, planting groups and furniture.

  4. 04

    Construction documents

    We complete planting, irrigation, drainage, lighting and detail drawings.

  5. 05

    Delivery and maintenance plan

    We supervise planting and prepare a maintenance programme for the first two years.
