AKSORAN is a fictional practice; this site is a demo of Briefikir’s architecture office website software. This text is a sample of a privacy notice that could be used in a real installation.
Data controller
In a real installation, the data controller is the architecture practice that owns the site. Demo contact: info@example.com, +90 123 456 78 90.
Data processed
Your name, contact details, project information and uploaded files shared through the project enquiry form, contact form and job applications. In this demo, the data is never sent to any server; it is kept only in your browser’s local storage.
Purposes
To assess your project enquiry, contact you, prepare a proposal and evaluate your application.
Retention
In a real installation, data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose and for statutory retention periods. In the demo, data is deleted when you clear your browser’s local storage or press “Reset demo data”.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion. In a real installation, requests are made to the data controller.
