Scope

The value of a good design emerges when it is built correctly on site. Through our delivery and project management service we act as the client’s representative on site for projects we have designed or advised on. We prepare the programme, coordinate contractors and suppliers, manage sample and material approvals, and check valuations. Weekly site meetings and site diaries keep the client up to date at all times. For interior projects we also offer a turnkey delivery option.

    We prepare tender documents, compare bids and support contract negotiation.

    We check quantities, change requests and payment valuations.

    Handover

    We complete handover with a snagging list, operation manual and as-built drawings.

Yes, provided we work in step with the design team, we can offer project management independently.

02How often do you visit site?

Between once a week and daily depending on project size; the frequency is set out in the contract.

03Do you offer turnkey interiors?

Yes, for interiors we can deliver turnkey with the workshops and craftsmen we work with.

04How do you set your fee?

We calculate our fees according to the building’s area, class and scope, based on the minimum fee schedule published by the Chamber of Architects. After the first meeting we prepare an itemised written proposal stating clearly what each stage covers and which deliverables each payment is tied to.
