Scope

The most important decisions on a project are often made before the architect starts drawing: which site to buy, how much floor area can be built, which programme is right. Our consultancy supports investors, institutions and public bodies at this early stage. Site feasibility studies, zoning and buildability analysis, massing studies, brief preparation and writing architectural competition briefs are all part of this service. We also provide independent design reviews of other practices’ projects.

Absolutely. A short buildability study can prevent large losses from unexpected zoning constraints.

Not necessarily; consultancy can also be provided as an independent service.

03How do you set your fee?

We calculate our fees according to the building’s area, class and scope, based on the minimum fee schedule published by the Chamber of Architects. After the first meeting we prepare an itemised written proposal stating clearly what each stage covers and which deliverables each payment is tied to.
