Project enquiries and fee proposals
A good project often starts with a good first meeting. Briefikir’s project enquiry wizard asks visitors step by step for project type, location, area, budget range, timeline and existing situation (site, building, plans), and lets them upload files and plans and state a meeting preference. Each enquiry lands in the panel with a reference number and is tracked on a kanban of new, first meeting, survey, proposal, contract and lost. The client card holds notes and files; the proposal screen produces an A4 fee proposal from service items and per-square-metre fees. Fees are calculated with your practice’s own items, with a general reference to the Chamber of Architects’ minimum fee schedule. A system for interior architecture and architecture office websites that never loses an enquiry; ask us for a proposal for your own practice.

FAQ
01Do enquiries also arrive by e-mail?
In a real installation yes; the enquiry is stored in the panel and a notification is sent. No e-mail is sent in the demo.
02Can we change the proposal template?
Yes; logo, items, terms and validity are tailored to your practice.
03Are fee schedule figures preloaded?
No; you define current schedule values and your own items, and the system does the calculation.
04Is there a file size limit?
It depends on the server set-up; for large files sharing a link is recommended.
